Plain Dealer endorses Anthony Gonzalez The editorial board of the Cleveland Plain Dealer and cleveland.com has endorsed Anthony, writing in part: "He’s a congressional representative who wants to be a doer, not a speech-maker or grandstander, and who is working in a focused manner to achieve solutions that work for more Americans. On Facebook, Anthony thanked the board, saying, "I remain committed to always doing what I can to achieve solutions for my constituents in Northeast Ohio." Gonzalez, bipartisan group urge Pelosi to keep reps in D.C. until pandemic relief work is done The coronavirus pandemic continues to impact Ohioans in countless ways, and that's why Anthony remains focused on finding real solutions, not playing political games. He joined a bipartisan group in the House to call on Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to keep members on Capitol Hill until the House passes a new pandemic relief bill.
Coronavirus update With the arrival of fall and colder weather, the coronavirus persists even as life starts to feel normal again. It's important that we each do our part to minimize the risk of a resurgence of the virus. Anthony recommends that everyone stay up-to-date with the latest information from the Ohio Department of Health website.
The general election is fast approaching and Anthony is running to continue serving the people of Northeast Ohio. Please consider chipping in, if you can, to support positive change for Ohio's 16th District.
