Hi John,

In just 20 days, on 17 October, New Zealanders all around the country will be casting their votes for who they want to see leading New Zealand through the next three years. A party with a clear plan to rebuild our country in the wake of COVID-19 or a party notching up an ever-growing catalogue of errors.

Our future-focussed five-point plan to keep New Zealand moving is already underway, but if we want to keep rolling it out, we're going to need to make sure as many New Zealanders as possible know about it.

These next 20 days are going to be absolutely critical for getting our message out, as we ramp up our campaign and the number of conversations our team are having with voters across the country.

The great news is that we’re hearing a really positive response to our plan to invest in our people, create jobs and back our small businesses. It’s clear there’s huge support for Jacinda and our team to continue leading the way as we recover and rebuild from COVID-19 - but we can’t get complacent.

Even though we have amazing supporters like you backing Labour, and a huge amount of momentum behind us, we still need to reach voters who are sitting on the fence and make sure they know about our plan to keep New Zealand moving. It’s absolutely essential that over the next 20 days we get our future-focused message in front of as many voters as we can.

The most cost-effective way for us to do this is to ramp up our advertising spend, and in our recent survey, the majority of you agreed that we should be focussing our efforts on doing just that. Running a set of online ads across a number of channels - including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube - means we have the potential to reach literally hundreds of thousands of undecided voters before election day.

But to run a successful online campaign and secure their votes, we’re going to need your support. John, will you chip in and help us buy more online ads so we can reach more voters on the fence and make sure we return Labour to government? <[link removed]>

CHIP IN HERE! <[link removed]>This is a really important final step in our campaign. We’re not quite at the finish line yet, but anything you can spare will help us reach voters with our positive message, and return Labour to government.

Help put our movement in the strongest position possible for the final moments of this campaign. Chip in now. <[link removed]>

Thanks for everything you do for our team, John. We can only run this campaign because people like you have been so generous with your support, every step of the way.

Thanks,

Hayden Munro

A short note on donations:

We have a plan to keep New Zealand moving, and it’s already underway. But to keep rolling out that plan beyond October's election, Labour needs to win enough seats to be able to return to government.

John, we’re proud to be a truly people-powered Party, and it’s only because of the generosity of thousands of supporters like you chipping in what you can that we’re going to be able to run a winning campaign.

If you can, please click the button below to make a donation to our campaign fund today so together, we can keep New Zealand moving.
