Hillary Clinton lost the White House because she lost the
industrial Midwest. Working class voters in battleground states —
OH WI PA MI — critical pivot counties in the Midwest that flipped
from Obama-Biden to Trump because they failed to do anything to
counter Trump's lies about how he was going to help workers.

With the establishment busy chasing mythical swing voters, Trump
is using the same strategy that worked for him in 2016. If
Democrats blow it again, the consequences for workers and our
democracy will be dire.

Our Revolution is doing what the establishment refuses to do and
is organizing our members, including laid-off workers in critical
Midwestern pivot counties, to call out Trump's lies at his
rallies, get local media coverage exposing his fake economic
populist message, and phone bank to have one on one conversations
with voters in the counties that will decide this election (and
the fate of our democracy).

As Bernie Sanders has warned, Trump is an authoritarian who
poses an existential threat to American workers and our
democracy. Can we count on you to chip in before our final
quarterly fundraising deadline before the election to fund our
critical work to counter Trump's fake economic populist campaign
in the Midwest and stop him from pulling the same trick he used
to win in 2016?

As they announced on their recent organizing call, Our Wisconsin
Revolution has already set up organizing infrastructure in 23 key
counties and are running progressives like the farmer Kriss
Marion in local races to drive up turnout.

We can't afford to lose Wisconsin the same way we lost in 2016,
and I'm so grateful our groups are doing the essential organizing
work to win Wisconsin and save our country from Trump's fascistic
ambitions.

Our Revolution Ohio has been busy disrupting Trump team rallies
and using the same strategy of supporting local progressive
heroes like Charmaine McDuffy and Fanon Rucker to excite
progressives to have a positive reason to get out and vote.
They'll also be outside Trump's first debate on Tuesday to make
sure Ohioans don't forget how he lied about fighting to keep GM
factory jobs in Lordstown.

And our fantastic groups in Michigan and Pennsylvania are phone
banking every week and doing the critical work we need to do to
win a tight election that Trump will use any excuse to steal.

The bottom line is this: if Democrats make the same mistakes
they made in 2016, we could lose our democracy forever.

That's why Our Revolution's work exposing Trump's fake economic
populist propaganda in the Midwest is so critical. Can I count on
