Not sure who EuroNews is, but the guy sounds like he is Australian or from New Zealand. This reporter says that my Stop Mandatory Vaccination Facebook Page is publishing “dangerous disinformation,” ramping up the drama over sharing the truth with intent to put pressure on Facebook to DELETE my Page.

If you are for medical freedom, I think watching this kind of an actual disinformation campaign against me and all of us working to get the truth out is a good idea - you need to know what they are saying.

News, Updates and Things to Do

SB276 status: The bill is currently in the “enrolling and engrossing” phase. This just means that Legislative Counsel is cleaning up the bill (no substantive changes). Crossing the i’s, dotting the t’s, etc. This means that the Governor does not officially “have the bill” yet. I’m told it could be several days before he has it, but knowing how hard Pan is pushing, I would expect it sooner rather than later.

Talk of amendments: at this point, amendments to SB276 are possible, but unlikely. Amending the bill would require rescinding the Senate and Assembly floor votes, sending the bill back to Assembly, amending it and holding new Assembly and Senate votes. There isn’t enough time. Pan has stated he is unwilling to amend.

Trailer bill: there is talk of a trailer bill being introduced. People are working on language. The purpose would be passing a bill that overrides the things in 276 that Newsom doesn’t like. Again, timing is tight. They would need to write the bill, hear the bill and pass the bill all by next Friday. It would need to be introduced by Tuesday and they would need to suspend nearly every rule imaginable to make it happen. This all assumes that such a bill would have the support of legislators.
