Multiple law enforcement filings, intelligence warnings, private sector alarms, and watchdog group reports prove that Russia's attacks continued throughout the 2018 midterm elections-and continue to this day.
But America is not the only target for Russian influence operations. Democracies in Europe and around the world are combating Russian election interference and can provide insights as to measures that have been successful or unsuccessful in their own post-2016 elections. This report comprehensively assesses the many ways interference can occur and looks at several European case studies to determine what tools are most effective in defending against election interference attacks.

Helping Students With Children
Half of student-parents who borrow a federal loan, default on their loans within 12 years of starting college, and only one-third finish college within six years. While colleges must do more to ensure that student-parents succeed, the federal financial aid and loan repayment systems also fail to properly account for the needs of this group.
