Friends,

With only 38 days left before Election Day, President Trump just nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court – denying the American people a say in what will shape the future of our country and our democracy for generations to come.

Now, the stakes of what was already the most consequential election of our lifetime are higher than ever. The Affordable Care Act – and Ruth Bader Ginsburg's legacy – are on the line if the GOP succeeds in confirming yet another ultraconservative justice to the Supreme Court.

Chrissy is working tirelessly to make sure your voice is heard on the future of the Supreme Court, but it's so critical that she also hears from you directly about where you stand. So please, friends, let Chrissy know right away:

Do you approve of Donald Trump rushing to fill this Supreme Court vacancy before Inauguration Day?

Thank you so much for taking the time to speak out on an issue that couldn't be more critical.
