Why on earth would America give a 48-year-old conservative 40 years on the Court???

48 and a half.

That's the age of right-wing judge Amy Coney Barrett -- who Trump just nominated to the Supreme Court.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was 87.

Barrett is anti-choice. Anti-union. Anti-Obamacare. And she could be on the highest court for 40 years. It's ridiculous. And not what the Founders intended.

Congressman Ro Khanna just introduced a bill to impose 18-year term limits on Supreme Court justices. Every president would get an appointee in Year 1 and Year 3. After 18 years, they would have other judicial duties as required by the Constitution until we amend it.

We will push Senate Democrats to fight this nomination hard.

On a recent Zoom call with Sen. Chuck Schumer and volunteers, PCCC co-founder Adam Green urged Schumer to "fight like no other fight before...Millions of Americans know that whatever powder has been kept dry and is in our arsenal, now is the time to use it."

You can also sign our petition telling Senate Democrats we will have their backs if they use their power -- every tool possible -- to fight Trump's push to steal this Supreme Court seat.

And since we will not confirm a progressive Supreme Court justice without a Democratic Senate, please chip in to top Senate candidates. If Mark Kelly in Arizona and Rev. Raphael Warnock win their special elections, they could be seated in November, in time to block this nomination!
