BREAKING NEWS: Trump nominates extreme anti-choice Judge Amy Coney Barrett to Supreme Court vacancy 38 days before Election Day

There was already so much on the line in November's election, John, but now, the stakes are even higher.

With yet another one of Trump’s handpicked justices on the Supreme Court, the court will be poised to strike down everything from Roe v. Wade to the Affordable Care Act, including its protections for preexisting health conditions, if this nominee is confirmed.

Our most fundamental rights are at risk. We absolutely cannot allow Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell to ram this dangerous confirmation through the Senate – not this close to Election Day when Americans are already casting their ballots.
