Donald Trump has said that with his next Supreme Court justice, Republicans will repeal the Affordable Care Act — all of it.

Trump has said they’ll overturn Roe v. Wade . Trump even said they’ll determine the results of this election, and deliver him a second term.

Well, moments ago, Trump announced his nominee to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court: Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Judge Barrett is as far-right as they come. And she has a long track record of adhering to the same extreme judicial doctrine as Brett Kavanaugh.

If she is confirmed to the Supreme Court, she will rule against our health care, reproductive choice, voting rights, gun violence protections, climate change, and so much more — for a generation.

Even before Trump named his nominee, Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans had already pledged to ram her confirmation through the Senate before voters even make their voices heard in the 2020 election. The battle for the Supreme Court, and our nation as we know it, has begun.
