I want to be crystal clear: I strongly oppose efforts by President Trump and Mitch McConnell to push through a Supreme Court nomination before the election.
This nomination is a thinly veiled attempt to overturn the Affordable Care Act, undo protections for pre-existing conditions, and chip away at Roe v. Wade. This process should not move forward, and I will do everything in my power to stop it.
We’re in for one heck of a fight, everyone, and I’m hoping we can raise $20,000 TONIGHT to let McConnell and Trump know that we’re not going to roll over on this seat. I need all hands on deck — will you please rush $3 or whatever you can right now?
