With 38 days until the election, and the Affordable Care Act and Roe v. Wade on the line, Donald Trump just nominated his pick for a Supreme Court justice.

Make no mistake, Cory Gardner has said he will follow suit with his party and vote to confirm.

As Cory Gardner said in 2016, the election is too close and the stakes are too high. The people deserve to be heard.

Senator Gardner used to agree with that statement. But, yet again, he sold out Colorado to Donald Trump.
