 John, Growing up on the Southwest Side of Chicago, I learned the values of hard work and service to others, as well as the importance of using common sense to lead. As the Representative from Illinois’ 3rd District, I’ve used these principles — along with the problem-solving skills I learned as an engineer — to address critical issues that middle-class families in our district are facing every day.
