John — I wanted to personally reach out
to you with a truly urgent update in Hank’s re-election campaign:
Our opponent just released her first video ad
of the General Election — and it attacks Hank.
Will you chip in a contribution right now so
we have the resources we need to fight back against this
misleading attack ad?

John, I’m going to
be honest: Our opponent’s ad couldn’t have come at a worse time.
We are burning the midnight oil trying to hit our final FEC
End-of-Quarter Fundraising Deadline on September 30. After our
deadline at the end of the month, all our finances will go public
and our opponent will leaf through all our receipts. If she sees
our fundraising slowing down, she’ll know her new ad is working!
That’s why I’m asking you personally: Will
you make a contribution to Hank’s End-of-Quarter Fund right now
so we go into the home stretch of this election strong? Our goal
is to raise another $2,535 before the end of the month.

Thank you so much,
