Donald Trump is announcing his nominee to fill Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat on the Supreme Court.

We already know the GOP-led Senate will rush the nominee through the confirmation process just before a Presidential election.

What you may not know is that, if appointed, the nominee could be on the court for a November 10th Supreme Court oral argument regarding the future of the Affordable Care Act. This legal challenge by Republican Attorneys General could strip health coverage from 800,000 Washingtonians and millions of Americans, including those with preexisting conditions. The good news is my team is fighting to defend Obamacare before the Supreme Court.

On top of it all, Donald Trump is openly refusing to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the election.
