If seated, this nominee will become a deciding vote on affordable health care. On human rights. On the ability to vote safely and democratically. And on the right to an abortion.
The Republican Senate is not concerned with the democratic process, or even about what the overwhelming majority of people think or want. Led by Mitch McConnell, the Republican Senate is only invested in consolidating its own power, and on limiting the rights (and humanity) of anyone who disagrees.
Republican sources have leaked that the nominee will be anti-choice judge Amy Coney Barrett. But here's the thing: it doesn't matter who the nominee is. We know they will be anti-choice and we know we HAVE to flip the Senate this year to have a fighting chance of stopping them. And we've endorsed enough women to flip the Senate single-handedly.
