Friend,

Welcome to another edition of my weekly newsletter. Your support is invaluable and I’m excited to update you on what my campaign has been doing over the last week.

Cunningham Wants To Keep Biden’s SCOTUS List Secret

During Tuesday’s U.S. Senate debate, Cal Cunningham did everything he could to avoid saying whether or not Joe Biden should release a list of judges who he would appoint to the Supreme Court, but in a post-debate press conference, Cunningham reversed himself and said he would “counsel against” Biden disclosing his short-list of left-wing nominees.

Cunningham wants to keep Biden’s short-list secret because he knows the liberal activist judges Biden will nominate and Cunningham will rubber stamp will destroy religious freedom, strip away Second Amendment rights and put government in complete control of the livelihoods of North Carolinians.

My Interview With Fox News

In an interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum this week, I reaffirmed my commitment to supporting the confirmation of President Trump’s well-qualified Supreme Court nominee and I criticized Joe Biden for refusing to “unmask” his list of liberal activist judges that he would nominate to the bench.

I Stand With Our Law Enforcement

As many of you know, two police officers were tragically shot in Louisville, Kentucky on Wednesday night. My thoughts and prayers are with the two police officers and I promise to continue fighting in the Senate to punish those that target law enforcement. While Cal Cunningham has completely capitulated to the radical liberal mob that wants to destroy this country and make our communities less safe, I will always stand up for our brave men and women in blue. Read the statement I put out with the North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police and North Carolina Troopers Association on the incident HERE.

President Trump’s Supreme Court Nominee

Tonight, I will travel to the White House for President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee announcement. I have seen President Trump’s list of potential nominees and they are all strong, well-qualified jurists that I would be pleased to support. I’m looking forward to learning who he selects so that we can begin the confirmation process.

Next Week’s Debate

I will take the debate stage again next Thursday and I’m looking forward to laying out the stark contrast between me and Cal Cunningham and reminding voters why I’m the only candidate in this race to lead our state’s economic recovery, keep our communities safe and fight back against the radical liberal agenda.

I hope you all will tune in to my debate at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1 on Spectrum News. You can also see what my team is saying about the debate by following @thomtillis and @teamtillis on twitter.

End-Of-Quarter Fundraising Update

Our End-of-Quarter fundraising deadline is about to arrive – and while I hate to ask you this: I need your support right now. Cal Cunningham has outraised us 3:1, and Chuck Schumer has dumped over $80 million into this race to defeat us.

We can’t afford to let them flip our Senate seat – if they’re successful, they’ll pack the courts, pass the Green New Deal, defund the police, and hike your taxes.

That’s why I’m asking if you’ll pitch in right now to support our efforts, in advance of our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. I’m counting on the support of our most dedicated grassroots supporters to help fill this fundraising gap — so thank you in advance for your contribution. Donate here:

Keep It Up

I will continue to work hard to get North Carolina’s economy back on its feet and all of you back to work. Please continue to follow public health guidelines so we can beat this virus and continue our economic recovery. I’m looking forward to connecting with you all on the campaign trail very soon.

Thank you for allowing me to share these updates, and God bless you!
