Later today Donald Trump will officially announce his pick to fill Justice Ginsburg's seat on the Supreme Court.

A week after the election, the Supreme Court will hear a Donald Trump backed case that could eliminate the Affordable Care Act, including protections for those with pre-existing conditions.

With voters already casting ballots in Michigan, Donald Trump's desperate attempt to ram through another right-wing Justice would be a disaster for the future of health care in our country, including reproductive rights for women.

That's why I strongly believe that the winner of November's election should be the one nominating our next Supreme Court Justice.

Friend, we can't stop Trump from announcing his nominee today, but that doesn't mean we can't do our part to fight for the future of our health care and the future of the Supreme Court.

I've set a goal of raising $10,000 to send the message to Donald Trump that Michigan is ready to defeat him and send Democrats to office everywhere from Congress to the local level.
