Four years ago, Mitch McConnell was against holding a vote on President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee. He was adamant that we wait for the voters' decision on the next president-elect since it was an election year.

Now, Mitch has shifted gears. He’s suddenly in favor of holding a vote on President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, despite there being less than 40 days until Election day.

He’s made it clear that this isn’t about listening to the voice of the people, but about a selfish ploy to gain more power.

We need to stop him from succeeding and allowing an entire generation to be affected by this rushed Supreme Court decision. Sign this petition to say no new Supreme Court Justice until after the election, and then pitch in to help us ensure that Joe Biden wins Wisconsin in November.

Reproductive rights, healthcare, and the future of our environment are at stake, so we need to make sure the new Supreme Court justice is nominated thoughtfully and carefully. We can’t afford to rush this.

We need to call out Mitch McConnell and Republicans for their hypocrisy, and protect this generation of Americans from the rippling effects of a shameless power grab.
