After this deadline, we will once more report our fundraising numbers publicly. Reporters and political pundits pay close attention to these numbers.
A good report sends a powerful message about our movement’s strength, but a less than stellar number could create problems.
There would be speculation that we can’t compete with the dark money attack ads running against us, and if Republicans think we look weak, then they will spend even more money in our district.
That’s why I set an ambitious goal for this team — 15,000 individual donations. It’s one that will make clear we have the resources and grassroots strength that we need to win. So here’s where your $3 comes in:
