It’s a battle for the legal future of our nation and the Constitution.

President Trump will announce his nomination to the Supreme Court TODAY.

The radical Left is already promising to do anything and everything to stop the confirmation of a constitutional conservative – including another bogus impeachment. House Speaker Pelosi says they can impeach the President “every day of the week.” They’ve already declared political war.

This selection will define the Supreme Court for decades. It’s a historic shift. In fact, Planned Parenthood says the “fate” of abortion hangs in the balance. The Senate has the votes needed to confirm the President’s pick. It is essential that they do so immediately.

At the ACLJ, we were built for this fight. We’re already aggressively working to ensure the swift confirmation of a constitutional conservative justice on the Supreme Court. But this fight will take each and every one of you.

The ACLJ just took direct action to expose more Deep State corruption in the Russian Collusion fiasco.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team claims they “accidentally” wiped their own phones 27 times before turning them over to the DOJ. Some were wiped multiple times, during an investigation.

It’s absurd.

We filed an urgent FOIA request for more information, including documents these attorneys signed when they received the phones.

We will determine whether this was intentional obstruction and destruction of evidence, if there is evidence of some other crime, or if the Mueller team was truly this inept. And we’re willing to go back to court to do it.
