Arpaio’s right-hand man is attempting to return the Office of the Sheriff to the abusive and ineffective practices of the past administration that harmed the community and cost taxpayers over $140 million and counting. The article detailed our opponent’s grand plans to “reopen the Tent City jail” an infamous relic of the Arpaio-Sheridan administration that Sheriff Penzone closed and introduced a drug rehabilitation program in its place to reduce recidivism.
