Here’s just a brief look at some of the Gianforte’s most alarming beliefs:

Gianforte contributed just shy of $300,000 to the Glendive museum whose “exhibits are... dedicated to discrediting Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution and promoting the idea that the Earth is just 6,000 years old, that humans and dinosaurs roamed the planet at the same time and that dinosaurs were on Noah’s Ark.”

“Gianforte rejects evolution and dismisses the scientific consensus that humans are the primary drivers of global climate change.”

Gianforte “promoted the idea that so-called ‘herd immunity’... is the solution to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.” Experts estimate that at least 10,000 Montanans would have to die before Montana reached herd immunity.

Gianforte has also “voiced opposition to mask mandates and COVID-19 stay-at-home orders,” and he has “donated to at least two anti-vaccine candidates for state office.”

Montana desperately needs a leader whose beliefs are based in fact, especially during a global pandemic.
