Hello John,

The National Task Force on Election Crises is urging reporters not to prematurely declare a winner on election night, as they say results will likely be inconclusive given this year’s surge of mail-in ballots.

A POLITICO review found that at least three critical swing states might not have definitive results by election night. But the Trump campaign is already demanding that a winner be declared on November 3, saying “we’ll put them down very quickly if they do that. We have the power to do that, if we want.”

This year we will need to turn out in overwhelming numbers to prevent Trump from stealing the election. But in 2016, nearly 100 million people stayed home and handed him four years in the White House.

Our country is at a turning point, and we need to work together to elect more Democrats in the House, take back the Senate, and vote Joe Biden and Kamala Harris into the White House -- leaders who will restore our values and work to improve the lives of every American, not just the privileged few.

With just a few weeks until the election, we need to make sure every single eligible voter turns in their ballot.

This is a pivotal moment in our history, and we need to know:

Do you commit to vote on November 3?
YES   NO

Thank you so much for taking our poll today.
