Following the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, immediately the question was asked, what happens now?
With the 2020 election less than 60 days away, Democrats immediately began pushing for any nomination to take place after the election. Presumably hoping that, in November, Joe Biden would be victorious and able to nominate a liberal justice to the court. They attempted to push this idea with threats of court packing, violence, and to “blow up the entire system.”
But Mitch McConnell, undeterred, immediately came out and set the record straight, saying that the United States Senate would hold a vote on President Trump’s nominee to succeed Justice Ginsburg. Shortly thereafter, President Trump announced that he would be naming his nominee at the end of the week. After all, when the Senate is controlled by the same party as the White House, a nomination and vote have occurred during an election year dozens of times in our nation’s history.
Just like that, the process of filling the newly vacant seat had begun.
While many protested the move, this is undoubtedly the right call. The President is elected to serve for 4 years. Not 2 years, not 3 years, not 3 years and 6 months, but 4 years. President Trump has every right to fill the vacancy on the court -- history, precedent and the rule of law are on his side. And this weekend, we will officially find out who the President is nominating to the highest court in the land.

This week, as our nation was once again plagued by violence, riots, and anti-police rhetoric, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris tried to position themselves as the ticket that could restore law and order to our nation.
Not only that, but they took their glaring hypocrisy a step further, by claiming to support the same police they were demonizing weeks before.
Begging the question, when it comes to supporting the police, do Joe Biden and Kamala Harris think we don’t have memories?

Once again, President Trump is giving unelected bureaucrats, who think they run the nation, a lesson in American constitutional governance.
When the CDC started developing a habit of pushing its own, unfounded narrative during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trump Administration set the record straight for them.

The "woke" mob has brutally attacked and beaten another innocent American for the crime of supporting our President and our brave law enforcement officers.
The victim? A 77-year old veteran, who survived the war in Vietnam, simply dropping off a package at the post office.
This is the environment that corrupt, win-at-all-costs Democrat politicians have encouraged and nurtured. It’s disgusting.
