Please join Jackie Smith For Assembly for a virtual phonebank as we get out the vote to our Spanish-speaking community members on every Tuesday starting September 29 from 5:30-7:30pm PDT!

From the comfort of your home, you can volunteer to make calls to registered voters and get out the vote for Jackie.

There will be a Zoom call at the beginning of the phonebank shift to briefly train you on how to make calls.

Interested in Texting to Voters?

Saturday, Sept. 26, 10-11am

We're in need of a few additional volunteers to help with our local El Dorado County texting outreach campaign. This upcoming text bank will be happening on Oct. 1 and 2. For this text bank, the EDC Democrats are using the Spoke texting platform and have partnered with Resistance Labs to design, set-up, and train volunteers to operate the texting campaign. With the training provided by Resistance Labs, texting is a highly effective outreach method.

Interested volunteers need to already be trained and/or experienced using the Spoke text platform or commit to completing a one hour training session on Saturday, September 26, 10-11am.

We're 39 days away from Election day (Nov. 3) and just 3 days until ballots start to be mailed in El Dorado County (starting on Sept. 28).

Join with local foothill volunteers to make calls to voters for our endorsed candidates--let's keep the momentum going! Local, regional and national campaign efforts that need volunteers include:

Fridays, (9/25) - Local Phone bank for El Dorado County endorsed candidates in Rescue, Buckeye, BOS 1, Los Rios CCD, & South Lake Tahoe

Time: 4pm to 6pm

Saturdays (9/26) - Phone Bank for Brynne Kennedy, Pamela Swartz, and Jackie Smith

Time: 10am - 1pm

Sundays (9/27) - Swing State Sunday - Supports key battleground campaigns for US Senate and Biden/Harris.

Time: 1pm - 4pm

Mondays (9/28) - Phone Bank for Brynne Kennedy, Pamela Swartz, and Jackie Smith

Time: 5:30pm - 8pm

Time: 4pm to 6pm

Time: 5:30pm - 8pm

Thursday (10/1) - Phone Bank Coordinator, Lee Boylan, is offering an Introduction 101 to Phone Banking class on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 11am to 12 noon.
