NCOSE Law Center Files First Ever Federal Lawsuit Against Pornography Producers on Behalf of Survivor ([link removed])
Jane Doe v. Cissy Steel, et al. is the first federal lawsuit against a pornography producer and online pornography website for federal anti-trafficking violations.
We hope this lawsuit and many others like it will hold pornography producers and internet pornography providers accountable for the damage, abuse, and exploitation of the untold numbers of women and children trafficked in the pornography industry.

EARN IT Act (S. 3398) Has Teeth: Only Option in Congress for Online Child Protection ([link removed])
There is a lot of misinformation being spread by the technology industry regarding the EARN IT Act. In the face of rising levels of child sexual abuse material being distributed and consumed online, the EARN IT Act is legislation that seeks to allow U.S. citizens to hold technology companies accountable if they aid and abet the distribution and/or consumption of child sexual abuse material.
Please call and write your state’s members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives (link below). It only takes a few minutes and hearing directly from constituents makes a big difference when it comes to convincing elected officials to stand in opposition to Big Tech lobbyists in order to protect our children.

NCOSE Law Center Files Amicus Supporting Trafficking Survivor’s Right To Have Her Claims Heard In A Court Of Law Rather Than A “Religious Arbitration” Controlled By Her Alleged Abusers ([link removed])
Valerie Haney has experienced a comprehensive array of coercion, duress, undue influence, and trauma at the hands of her abusers. From the time she was a little girl, she was subjected to an unrelenting succession of physical, psychological, and emotional abuse. The abuse continued over the course of the first three and half decades of her life.
As an adult, Haney finally resolved to leave her abusers' control for good, but was then subjected to an additional three months of confinement until she “consented” to sign legal agreements.
The NCOSE Law Center filed an Amicus Curiae Letter in support of the plaintiff in Valerie Haney v. Superior Court for the State of California, County of Los Angeles. The amicus letter urges an appellate court to reverse a trial judge’s order compelling that all of Ms. Haney’s claims be tried before a panel made up of members of the Church of Scientology—the very institution she alleges has abused her.

Parent Alert! Porn Spam on Your Kid’s Google Drive?! ([link removed])
We've known about the pornographic content on YouTube and the lack of filtering on Google devices given to children... This is something new for us.
Now, predators are sharing porn spam on Google Drive.
Any child using a Chromebook or a Google account may also be using Google Drive for virtual schooling. This provides "a direct and unfiltered path for predators."

Childlike Sex Dolls Must be Banned in U.S. ([link removed])
We support the CREEPER Act 2.0 (H.R. 8236 ([link removed])) that would ban the sale and possession of childlike sex dolls in the U.S.
Childlike sex dolls encourage pedophilia and could condition users to commit sexual abuse of children in real life.
They have been sold online on both Amazon and Wish, two of our 2020 Dirty Dozen List ([link removed]) targets.
