** You Can't Keep A Good Man Down!

Dear friends and supporters,

As you likely know, Congressman Wright hasn't just been fighting battles in Washington D.C. He has been fighting a years-long battle against lung cancer.

That battle was recently complicated by pneumonia. On Sunday, September 13, he was hospitalized at Baylor Medical Center.

Surprising no one, he battled back. On Monday, he was released from the hospital and continues his recovery at home.

Congressman Wright is looking forward to resuming his work in Washington on behalf of the citizens of the 6th District of Texas soon, as well as his treatment for cancer.

Your prayers, along with his faith in God, his loving family, and a world class medical team, have kept him in the fight and renewed his spirit, along with his body.

Words are insufficient to express the gratitude that we feel towards everyone who has prayed and supported him through this challenge.

Congressman Wright looks forward to returning to work and the campaign trail as soon as possible.
