Fancy another challenge? Alongside Sustrans and Ridewise, we're challenging you to cycle 28 miles, whether its on your own, with a friend, or split between yourself and a few others.

🚍Bus services

  • From Monday 28 September NCT will be making changes to their A1 and A2 school bus routes to meet increased demand. For more information visit their website.
  • NCT have now introduced Scan and Go QR ticketing on their buses. Simply download the NCTX Buses app to receive a QR code for contact free ticketing.
  • trentbarton have recently made some timetable changes. Visit their website for more information.

Monday 7 September - Wednesday 28 July 2021: Cobden Street (Lenton)
Suspension of parking along Cobden Street to Stanfield Street junction on both sides due to demolition and redevelopment of old martial arts centre.

Friday 18 September - Wednesday 30 September: Ashburnham Avenue (Lenton)
Suspension of parking outside the substation in Radford recreation ground for substation works.

Thursday 24 September - Tuesday 29 September: Trent Lane (Sneinton)
Suspension of parking for rectification works on previously installed electrical ducting

Saturday 26 September: Bestwood Road (Bestwood)
Two way lights due to road safety precautions.

Saturday 26 September - Sunday 27 September: Radford Road (Radford)
Two way lights between Selco Trade Centre and the junction with Chelmsford Road for HV mains replacement works.

Monday 28 September - Friday 2 October: Farnborough Road (Clifton)
Two way lights with road closure in Orford Avenue due to an electrical link box replacement.

Monday 28 September - Wednesday 30 September: Mapperley Hall Drive (Mapperley)
Multi way lights at the junction with Cypress Road and Sefton Drive due to telecom maintenance works.

Tuesday 29 September: Dornoch Avenue (Sherwood)
Road closure from Winchester Street, south for 90m due to requiring access for cabling works.

Thursday 1 October: Beeston Road (Dunkirk)
Lane closures outside no.15 due to tree pruning works.


Highways England Clifton Bridge repairs

Highways England is continuing to carry out works to repair and strengthen the A52 Clifton Bridge.
