The Nation: “Republican President George W. Bush tried to privatize the beloved Social Security Program. Evoking Reagan’s ‘welfare queen,’ the racist and sexist myth that Black women game the system to buy fancy cars and name-brand clothes … the Trump administration wants to end the entire safety net.”

The only one “gaming the system” for his own personal gain is Donald Trump -- who has now delayed funding to Social Security through the end of the year.

By deferring payroll taxes (a change the president has said he’ll make permanent if re-elected), Donald Trump has set the Social Security trust fund on a course for insolvency by 2026.
