John,

The Left is declaring war – a political war for the fate of the U.S. Supreme Court for generations.

House Speaker Pelosi said that another bogus impeachment is one of the “arrows in our quiver” to block the President’s nominee. In fact, Speaker Pelosi claimed, “[W]e can impeach him every day of the week for anything he does.”

This is constitutionally FALSE. But that won’t stop the Left. The Kavanaugh hearings proved how desperately they will fight.

And we know why. The next Supreme Court Justice could determine some of the most monumental issues of our time: abortion, religious liberty, national security, and free speech – many of which are currently pending before the Court. In fact, Planned Parenthood has already said, “The fate of” abortion is at stake.

Tomorrow, the President will make his nomination of a constitutional conservative Supreme Court Justice. The battle will be on.

But we were built for this moment. We’re mobilizing on Capitol Hill. And we’ve already successfully advocated the confirmation of two qualified conservative Supreme Court Justices in the past few years. It’s time to do it again.

Take action with us. Demand the appointment and confirmation of a constitutional conservative Justice to the Supreme Court NOW.
