Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated—Part 5

By Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the Children’s Health Defense Team

In these seven studies, researchers looked at the results on overall health after the addition of a single vaccine dose or vaccine to an already heavily vaccinated population. The results are striking showing a statistically significant increase in grave chronic diseases associated with even incremental uptake in vaccines.

These data should set off an emergency mobilization within any honest regulatory agency.

What Polio Vaccine Injury Looks Like, Decades Later

By the Children's Health Defense Team

Public health officials often brag about the vaccine campaign to eradicate polio. But rarely disclose that the vaccine “caused” polio in some.

Cynthia Grady, now almost 65 yrs old, is a North Carolina resident who received a “sugar cube” polio vaccine in South Carolina in July 1960 and has lived with chronic pain and severe health problems ever since. Grady‘s interview with CHD presents her tragic vaccine injury story and describes encounters with agencies and programs apparently committed to obfuscation, stonewalling and denial of harm.

Legal Updates

F.F., et al., vs. The State of New York

On August 23rd, Judge Denise Hartman issued a decision denying the preliminary injunction/stay sought on behalf of 26,000 children and their families affected by the repeal of vaccine religious exemptions. On August 27th, CHD and Michael Sussman appealed the decision to the Third Department, an intermediate level appeals court in Albany.

California SB276

SB276 was fast-tracked in the California legislature this week, passing in the Assembly on Tuesday by a vote of 47—17, and in the Senate the next day by a vote of 28—11. The bill now sits on Governor Gavin Newsom’s desk waiting for him to sign or veto.

The governor has wavered in his support for the bill in the months prior to this week’s vote, at one point indicating that he would support the bill if amended to reflect “his values.” While medical freedom advocates say that the government overreach inherent in the bill can’t be corrected through amendments, Gov. Newsom would like to eliminate the penalty of perjury for doctors and retroactive counting of a doctor’s medical exemptions among other changes to the existing language. The governor has nearly five weeks to sign legislation in the current session.

Update From Vaccine Choice Canada

By Gisele Baribeau

We are sending a heartfelt thank you to our American friends, specifically Dr. Bob Sears, Dr. James Lyon-Weiler, and Dr. Meryl Nass, who volunteered their time to make presentations to the Law Amendment Committee at the New Brunswick Legislature on Bill 39, an Act Respecting Proof of Immunization (mandatory vaccines with only medical exemptions). This would be the first legislation of its kind in Canada.

Out of 30 presentations, 5 were government paid employees and 25 were our VRA people, our experts, doctors, scientists, lawyers, activists and parents.  Each person was given 30 minutes to present over three days where we witnessed a transformation in most committee members (MLAs) from not very knowledgeable and not overly interested, to quick studies who asked hard questions and grew increasingly concerned about the discrepancy between the official narrative and what the many VRA were revealing, with studies, resources, and personal testimonies. I sense we may never be given this much time again given the response from both these MLAs and from those who had their minds set before we started. We were “given too much time.”

A vote will take place by November and in the meantime, heavy lobbying from both sides. Should it pass, it will be challenged.

Anti-Vaccination is Expected Consumer Behaviour

By Jagannath Chatterjee

How would you act if you have decided to buy a car? You would probably visit the car showrooms, talk to the salesmen, collect literature on the cars, visit other showrooms, search the internet, talk to people who have purchased cars, exchange ideas with your friends, talk to the mechanics, and find out more from people who have faced problems with a particular brand. You would also be concerned about the performance and the safety features and wonder if they are up to the advertisements and sales pitch. Pretty much normal, is it not?

What if car manufacturers had an association and a huge well-paid political lobby that ensured there was no competition? What if they were connected to the service industry that is wholly dependent on faulty cars? What if the car mechanics were taught by the marketing wing of the industry and not by engineers? What if all the salesmen and mechanics were given licenses that could be revoked if they did not speak the same language? What if the car accidents and lives lost due to that brand are assigned other causes? What if there is a long list of such crashes and casualties that are never acted upon?

You would then be dealing with a cartel: The Pharmaceutical Cartel.

Mumps Study Shows Immunity Gaps Among Vaccinated People

By Emory University

Mumps outbreaks are occurring among U.S. college students, sports teams and communities infecting thousands. A new Emory/CDC study confirms that the mumps portion of the MMR vaccine is suffering from vaccine failure with two possible reasons reported including: waning vaccine-induced immunity and differences between the mumps virus strain now and the vaccine strain. There's no mention of mumps infecting a U.S. navy ship this Spring or the lawsuit where Merck whistleblowers claim that the mumps portion of the MMR vaccine doesn’t work.

Big Pharma Sinks to the Bottom of U.S. Industry Rankings

By Justin McCarthy, Gallop

The pharmaceutical industry is now the most poorly regarded industry in Americans' eyes, ranking last on a list of 25 industries that Gallup evaluates annually.

Americans are more than twice as likely to rate the pharmaceutical industry negatively as positively. Do they really still trust them to make safe vaccines?

Interestingly enough, rounding out the bottom three is the federal government and the healthcare industry.
