Trump's EPA quietly announced a proposed rule that would eliminate federal requirements on Big Oil and Gas to install technology to fix and detect methane leaks within wells, pipelines, and storage facilities. It also questions whether the EPA even has the legal authority to regulate methane as a pollutant. _Seriously_.
