The SCOTUS fight is starting to heat up. We're expecting Donald Trump to announce his nominee on Saturday, and then we're going to have to ramp up our fight to stop this process from proceeding.

I believe that we cannot give an inch. While other Senators may be reluctant to make fully clear the consequences of filling this seat, I have no problem drawing a line in the sand because I believe that our democracy is fundamentally on the line here.

If they fill this seat, then our only hope for justice is to fix the system they've already broken with definitive action -- like ending the filibuster and expanding the Supreme Court.

Filling this seat will put health care at risk for millions -- likely ending protections for pre-existing conditions. It will spell the end of reproductive freedom, and it could very well be Donald Trump's plan to rig the election in his favor by throwing the results to the Supreme Court.

That is why we must fight like hell, and I will give this fight everything I have.

This is where I need your help. Next week's FEC deadline is a big one -- the last quarterly deadline before Election Day. We still have important fundraising goals to hit, and this battle means that I have limited time to worry about fundraising. So I'm asking:
