As summer comes to a close, we are proud to share what we’ve accomplished this year.

For too long, Democrats have underinvested in talent and let burn out and brain drain cost us elections. That’s why we’re building an enduring, progressive talent pipeline that will help us win elections this year and for years to come.

We couldn’t have done all this amazing work without you.

Chip in and help us continue to provide training and support to the next generation of progressive leaders for free or low cost.

By the Numbers

5,277 people graduated from Arena's world-class trainings.
At seven Arena Academies, 1,102 people trained to be campaign staff -- the majority women and majority Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
Campaigns or progressive organizations hired 466 (and counting) Arena Academy graduates.
Users viewed our 48 toolkits, tutorials, and templates for building winning campaigns 130,945 times.
3,605 jobseekers and 247 employers are active on Arena Careers, our one-stop-shop for progressive talent to find jobs and make connections.
4,082 volunteers attended Campaign Academy 2020, a first-of-its-kind training during the Democratic National Convention we hosted in partnership with WisDems, Biden for President, the Democratic National Convention, and others to prepare volunteers to plug smartly into campaigns.

Of course, our work with Future Now Fund to flip five state legislatures in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, and Texas is more important than ever. We continue to provide financial and strategic support to these states and will share more in the coming days about how you can get involved.

With Justice Ginsburg’s passing and the onslaught of crises facing America we know many of our community members are scared and maybe demoralized.

In these alarming moments, we find hope in this community and we encourage you to do the same. Your support has equipped progressive leaders at every level of politics with the skills to win elections and we can’t let up now.
