In Rick Tyler's most recent book Still Right: An Immigrant-Loving, Hybrid-Driving, Composting American Makes the Case for Conservatism, he discusses his support of the National Popular Vote plan.

Rick Tyler is Co-Founder of Foundry Strategies, a political, strategic, and communications consulting firm. He is currently a Political Analyst for MSNBC. Previously he was National Spokesman and Communications Director for Cruz for President.

Saul Anuzis will join Rick in this conversation. Saul was Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party from 2005-2009 and a candidate for Republican National Committee Chairman in 2009 and 2011. Saul is a managing partner of Coast to Coast Strategies and serves as a senior consultant to National Popular Vote.
