Our country is in a state of crisis, friend. As millions of people are facing unemployment and going into debt just to keep a roof over their head and put food on the table, Senate Republicans are refusing to pass meaningful emergency relief -- instead, they plan to rush through Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee before the election in a dangerous attempt to reverse decades of progress we've made on health care, LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive freedom, and immigration reform.

We cannot make true progress on any of the progressive issues we care about as long as Trump and Mitch McConnell are in power. The path forward is abundantly clear: We must defeat Trump, flip the Senate, and expand our Democratic majority in the House by electing progressives up and down the ballot. But it takes resources to run a successful get-out-the-vote operation, and since I don't accept a cent from corporate PACS, that means relying 100% on the grassroots. So we've set our most ambitious goal yet -- $300,000 -- for this final quarter deadline before the general election, and we have ONLY six days left to meet it.

Donald Trump and his allies in the Republican-controlled Senate continue to use lies, hate, and division to cause new pain each day while denying those who face devastating circumstances the relief they need to withstand these crises. A bad situation will only be made worse if Republicans keep their iron grip on power after this November and pack the Supreme Court with more ultraconservative justices who are determined to undermine our hard-won freedoms. The future of Medicare for All, voting rights and workers' rights, a Green New Deal, and a humane immigration system are all on the ballot this election. It's up to each of us to organize and fight for an America where those bold, transformative policies are a reality.
