Dear friends of the Wilson Center,
On behalf of the Wilson Center Board, staff, and fellows, I want to express my gratitude for your interest and support over the past several months. This year has been marked by unprecedented global challenges, and thanks to you, we have been able to continue and even expand our programming, offering real-time expert briefings on the impact of COVID-19, as well as future prospects for each region across the globe.
Amidst all of this, our experts have also continued to focus on Wilson’s core mission, serving as a critical source of nonpartisan policy research and analysis for Congress, administration officials, NGOs, and the private sector. As a vital link between Washington and the world, we have pivoted to an exclusively virtual format for events, convening public events and private discussions, bringing together international leaders and key stakeholders in webinars and Ground Truth Briefings, and launching online seminars for Hill staffers.
Looking ahead to the fall election season and into 2021, the Wilson Center’s scholars will be increasingly called upon to provide balanced, nonpartisan insights on timely issues such as disinformation and democracy, U.S.-China relations, and peace talks in Afghanistan and the Middle East. As our fiscal year draws to a close on September 30, I hope that you will join our community of supporters with a contribution in support of our critical work. [[link removed]]
