John,
Over 25 million children in the U.S. ride school buses. Nearly 90% run on dirty diesel. Every day our children are exposed to these refineries on wheels. That’s why for the last two years, I’ve been working on our #FuelChange campaign to bring zero-emission buses to neighborhoods most impacted by tailpipe pollution.

When we replace dirty diesel buses with zero-emission electric school buses, we make the air cleaner for our children and our community. Although students may be learning from home this year, now is the time to advocate for a transit future that’s #BetterThanBefore so that every child has a clean ride to school when they return.
In solidarity, Eleanor Fort Deputy Director of Green For All
