Last week, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away leaving a significant vacancy on the nation’s high court. We continue to pray that God would comfort her family during this time. It is crucial that our country swiftly nominate and confirm a new justice, committed to the U.S. Constitution, immediately. President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have stated their intentions to fill the seat, and we fully support the decision to move forward, without delay. Both U.S. Senators from Texas, Ted Cruz and John Cornyn, have supported the decision to fill Justice Ginsburg’s vacancy right now. The stakes for filling the vacancy are incredibly high. We must have a nominee who is a strong constitutionalist with a proven pro-life, pro-religious liberty, and pro-marriage track record. We need a justice who will vote to overturn blatantly unconstitutional decisions, including the pro-abortion Roe v. Wade decision. Please contact our U.S. Senators John Cornyn and Ted Cruz and tell them that you support the nomination and confirmation of a new constitutionalist Supreme Court justice right NOW. We must confirm a justice that will uphold the U.S. Constitution!
