Hi there,

In 2014, Berkeley received a $50 million bond measure to improve the Gilman/I-80 interchange. But six years later, the interchange is not fixed and is still extremely dangerous. The city has one of the highest rates of taxation, compared to surrounding cities, with an annual budget of $529 million, and yet the government is not addressing the needs of the people.

The city isn’t operating with transparency on its projects so people can't hold the government accountable. The city’s own website is outdated! We need new leadership in this city to optimize our goals, ensure transparency in our city’s projects, and spend taxpayer’s money in efficient ways. To fix our streets, we need to change the way our city solves problems and we need you to be part of this change. Talking to Berkeley residents is one way to listen to Berkeley’s needs. Sign up to canvass or donate to our campaign today.

Can you help?
