In a little less than a week, we have an important opportunity to turn a U.S. House seat blue.

The bad news: Donald Trump has been launching relentless attacks against my campaign, and he's coming to our district the night before the election to try to throw this race to my opponent, Dan Bishop.

Now the good news: I was only 905 votes short of turning this North Carolina district blue last year -- despite Republicans' widespread absentee ballot scheme. That's incredible, John.

If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that this race will be decided by a razor-thin margin. We can't leave this one up to chance, so I have to ask:
