We are less than six weeks out from Election Day. Early voting is underway in a handful of states across the country. And -- whether you are voting at home or in person -- all voters need a plan this year. We're down to the final days to make a difference in these elections.

That's why it is especially alarming that our elected officials have refused to take action to pass election protection funding and make voting more accessible and safer as our nation grapples with a public health crisis. These are new forms of voter suppression tactics -- full stop.

Congress is unlikely to pass a comprehensive relief bill before our elections. But there are bills like the Delivering for America Act that could address specific election concerns like funding for the U.S. Postal Service.

Will you chip in before midnight to support our election protection advocacy efforts? Donors from Washington could determine whether our movement prevails or whether politicians lock in their power.

All On The Line supporters have refused to let voter suppression and disenfranchisement go unchallenged. You have been loud advocates for democracy -- but we need to dial up the calls for accountability.

Our democracy is on the ballot this year. Everything from passing voter empowerment measures to ending gerrymandering depends on who we elect. There's a reason the other side is making it harder for people to vote -- they only care about holding onto power. We can't let this happen.

On the centennial of the 19th Amendment and 55th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, the fight for voting rights is still an uphill battle. We cannot rest while obstructionists dilute our ability to hold our leaders accountable.

We knew the fight to stop gerrymandering would be hard. We did not anticipate a fight for basic voting rights and protections during a pandemic. But we cannot allow map manipulators and their accomplices to use this as an opportunity to silence our voices.

With your immediate donation, you can help this grassroots movement hold our elected officials accountable in the fight for election protections and beyond.

Thank you for being a part of this movement. Together we will restore our democracy.

-- Eric H. Holder, Jr.
