FIRST: Devin Nunes set his sights on me as the most vulnerable Democrat in Congress and held a massive fundraiser to unseat me.

THEN: A new poll showed my opponent PULLING AHEAD.

NOW: I need to raise $12,008 in the next 24 hours to reach the 9% of undecided voters who will tip the scales on this race. Or I will lose this Democratic seat. Please, rush $5 now >> [link removed]

It can't be overstated: If Democrats lose a House seat anywhere it will be mine and our House Majority will be in jeopardy.

I have a plan to win, but it depends on you.

If 100 supporters from Philadelphia chip in, I can:

Send 18,000 pieces of mail to undecided voters
Pay staff with experience winning tough races
Run TV ads that expose the lies the GOP is spreading about me.
