Election Day is fast approaching, and while there are many things on our minds, I have been thinking about how we can make voting fair and equal for everyone. Even without the pandemic in play, voting can be difficult for those who work long, hard hours without a break. Time for yourself is precious, and so is the ability to vote.

So here’s my question for you:
