Hello,

Each week since I started serving as co-chair of Vice President Biden’s Climate Engagement Advisory Council, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the CEAC climate leaders to turn out climate voters this election.

The council includes Carol Browner, League of Conservation Voters (LCV) Board Chair and former Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator; Lonnie Stephenson, President of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW); Congresswoman Deb Haaland; Dr. Cecilia Martinez, co-founder and Executive Director at the Center for Earth, Energy, and Democracy (CEED); and Representative Harold Mitchell.

This week, we’re opening up our meeting for everyone to attend — *will you join us to discuss how we are activating climate voters?* ( [link removed] )

The choice this election is clear: we need climate action now. But there’s still much to be done to ensure we have record turnout this election, which is what we’ll be talking about tomorrow. I hope you can make it.

Thursday marks 40 days until the 2020 Election. That means we have just 40 days to get everyone ready and fired up to vote for new climate leadership on November 3. Quite literally, our nation, our lives, our planet depends on it. *The CEAC’s work is crucial to a positive election outcome, so I hope you’ll join us and be a part of this effort.* ( [link removed] )

See you tomorrow,

Tom
