Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans are working overtime to jam through another Trump Supreme Court nominee, 41 days before the election.

In 2016, McConnell and his buddies Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn, and many others stole a Supreme Court seat from Barack Obama, saying he wouldn’t hold a vote on a new justice 237 days before an election.

But now, just 41 days away from Election Day, he’s changed his mind. McConnell and Trump’s hypocrisy never surprises me — but this could be a disaster if they’re successful.

Just days before her death, Justice Ginsburg told her granddaughter that her final wish was that she not be replaced until a new president is installed. So, we need to send a message. We need to fight this illegitimate nomination and elect Democrats who are ready to fight for important reforms to our institutions like the Supreme Court. Team, can you join me in pitching in to help send that message and reach voters ahead of Election Day?

A recent poll found that as many as 11% of voters are still undecided as Election day nears. In 2016, undecided and swing voters were Trump’s key to victory. We need to reach them now before it’s too late.
