Hello John,

In a recent interview, CNBC host Jim Cramer referred to Speaker Nancy Pelosi as “crazy Nancy” while questioning her negotiations with Republicans over a coronavirus relief bill. His defense for using the inappropriate term? “I’m sorry -- that was the president.”

Trump’s misogyny has created a model of acceptance for sexism in our government. With his derogatory nicknames for women in power, including “Crooked Hillary” and “Nervous Nancy,” he has tried to diminish any woman who threatens his fragile ego. Trump later told Cramer: “Jim, you didn’t make a mistake. It’s true, and that’s why you said it.”

But Speaker Pelosi responded with grace, saying Trump’s need to attack others is a “projection of his own insecurities.”

This election, we can exile a serial misogynist from the White House and elect leaders who will value, respect and fight for women across the country -- but the GOP will do anything they can to distort the truth, cover up for Trump’s actions, and win him four more years in power. More than 40% of women who voted chose Trump in 2016, handing him the election. Today we need to know where YOU stand as election day approaches:

Do you condemn Donald Trump’s sexism?
