Climate deniers have got to go? ? ? ? ? Friend ? last week may have been the most significant ? ever ? in electoral climate politics.

As the country mourns Justice Ginsburg, wildfires continue to terrorize much of the West. Last week, Donald Trump was pushed to ensure response efforts are grounded in science. His response:"I don't think science knows, actually." Meanwhile Joe Biden gave the most aggressive and significant climate speech in a presidential election to date.

Communities are suffering ? especially communities of color and low-income communities who face greater vulnerability to wildfires and suffer disproportionately from the impacts of climate change. These communities were already experiencing elevated levels of air pollution, lower water quality, and higher rates of COVID-19 ? and are now breathing in some of the most toxic and polluted air in the world.

What happens now is up to you, friend. Polls show Trump gaining ground in Florida, Michigan, and North Carolina. If we do nothing, he will win these states.

We can swing this election and win a pro-environment majority in the Senate ? bringing in leaders who will tackle the climate crisis head on, honor Justice Ginsburg's legacy, deliver justice to impacted communities, and protect the future of this planet for generations to come. But right now vote-by-mail efforts are underfunded. Can you help?

Your donation can help us swing this election, making it more important today than ever before, and right now, every dollar is being tripled. Click here to donate to LCV Victory Fund ? even $3 can make a difference ? [link removed]

Biden said it best, friend: "If [Trump] gets a second term, these hellish events will continue to become more common and more devastating and more deadly."

2020 will be remembered by these "hellish events": A pandemic that took the lives of hundreds of thousands, violent police brutality, hurricanes that ravaged our coasts, and wildfires that destroyed the west. But it MUST NOT be remembered for letting a racist, impeached, failure-of-a-president win reelection.

Join us today to make sure this doesn't happen, please, even $3 helps ? [link removed]

We have a real shot here ? I promise. Right now, our teams are aggressively targeting environmental voters in swing states, voters who simply don't know about Trump's environmental record. As soon as they know, their votes shift in a serious way ? generating a swing of 20 points away from Trump. It's working, but with only 43 days left until the election, we need to do more to reach these voters, and right now we simply do not have the funds.

With your help to reach swing voters ? we can win. Please, pitch in to LCV Victory Fund today. Everything is on the line ? [link removed]

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your persistence in this unprecedented fight.
