Doctors and nurses are being strong-armed into assisting in abortions. Others are being refused jobs because they're pro-life.

Indiana nurse Cynthia Isabell was grilled "about being pro-life" during an interview for a teaching position - one which had nothing to do with abortion. She was denied the job simply for being pro-life.

We filed a lawsuit for this clear discrimination against Cynthia's pro-life beliefs.

HHS recently agreed with another complaint we filed on behalf of a pro-life nurse who was tragically forced to participate in an abortion.

Federal law protects healthcare workers from being forced to perform, promote, or be involved in abortions. Planned Parenthood has filed a lawsuit to block new regulations protecting pro-life medical professionals, saying the "right" to an abortion is greater than the faith of doctors and nurses.

We've filed briefs on both coasts to protect the rights of pro-life healthcare professionals.

Yesterday we were back in court to defend Cynthia's pro-life rights, as the state wants the case thrown out.
