The Washington Post reports Mitch McConnell and his allies “immediately denounced” the short-term spending bill the Democrats offered to keep America running -- which means, on top of everything else, we could be heading for a government shutdown.
 
It seems McConnell just wants to obstruct everything. Unless of course, it’s Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, who McConnell has sworn will receive a vote on the Senate floor -- against the wishes of the American people and the late Justice Ginsburg. 
 
This is a disgrace. McConnell must step down.
